Kathleen Voss, Founder
Kathleen brings more than 20 years of corporate leadership, IT consulting, and program and portfolio management experience into Rooted Leadership. She has led strategic planning and complex transformation across financial services, banking, higher education, and manufacturing.
After leaving corporate leadership, God gently dismantled her self-reliance and invited her into deeper dependence on Christ, which now shapes every aspect of her coaching.
