Rooted to RISE is our four-month, faith-centered leadership formation and group coaching program for Christian women who are tired of leading on empty. In a small, intimate cohort, we walk through a proven journey that has grown out of more than 20 years of executive leadership and our own shift from self-reliance to dependence on Christ.
Across four pillars-ROOTED, RELEASE, DISCERN, and REMAIN-you will identify the beliefs quietly driving your leadership, release perfectionism and over-functioning, grow in discernment for decisions, and establish sustainable rhythms of abiding in Jesus. Each session weaves scripture, guided reflection, and real-world leadership application, so you are not just inspired but equipped for boardrooms, staff meetings, and kitchen tables.
